Recipe: Brandywine’s Red Pepper Aioli

Makes 1 quart


  • 1 quart of Aioli
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers (drained of excess liquid)
  • 1 Tbls. Tabasco
  • 1-1/4 tsp. Salt
  • Puree roasted red peppers in food processor.


  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
